Blaine Hilton, president and founder of Blaine's Business Services, Inc., attended the Regional Bus Athority (RBA) "Listening Session" on October 24, 2006 to listen and share ideas. Blaine Suggested such things as using technology to get businesses to put ads on information terminals in stations and buses.
