There are web site designs that you can access online which have already been created for you to access and use. You can easily search for template based web sites on the Internet. The prices range from free to a couple hundred dollars. Depending on the template you choose they can look pretty good. They include some basic functions such as adding photos and photo galleries, but lack advanced functions.
Template based web sites are designed in a do-it-yourself fashion so you can pick and choose different layouts, color schemes, and fonts.
